If you would like to request that your residence be placed on the courtesy House Check list, please fill out the form below or you may print out the request and bring the completed form to our office. 

 

I do hereby request that my residence be placed on the courtesy House Check list. I understand that in no way does this request create a contract, or specific promise of duty between the White Lake Police Department and me. I understand that this request does not obligate the White Lake Police Department to check my residence, nor does it guarantee that my residence and property shall remain free from harm. The White Lake Police Department will make reasonable attempts to check the residence when time allows during my absence, and attempt to contact me thru information provided should they discover signs of illegal activity.
